The highly anticipated and sought-after Cigna Healthcare | HYROX Singapore returned with a bang last Saturday (29 June), taking the iconic Singapore National Stadium by storm with a history-making attendance of 12,500 racers and spectators.
A Record-Breaking Event
After making its Southeast Asia debut last year, the global fitness race phenomenon saw participants push themselves yet again in their respective categories. The electric atmosphere, fueled by the encouragement of friends and families cheering from the stands, created a dynamic and exhilarating environment.
This sold-out event, the only in-stadium experience in APAC, provided an unforgettable day of fitness as both Singaporeans and global enthusiasts gathered to participate in this landmark race.
“We’re extremely thrilled with the turnout and the atmosphere of the event today, especially off the back of last year’s already roaring success. Seeing participants across different age groups coming together really amplifies the dynamic fitness culture Singapore has to offer, which is truly inspiring. With this edition of HYROX having already set the bar so high, I’m excited to see what our August race brings,” said William Petty, HYROX Singapore’s Country Manager.

Women’s Pro Overall Champion Ilona-Jade Errington encouraged others to join in: “If you haven’t done a HYROX yet, get on it. Have fun and push hard. The vibe, the crowd, the atmosphere was amazing. This is truly one of the best sporting races in the world.”
Men’s Pro Overall Champion Lawrence Cartwright echoed the sentiment: “HYROX Singapore, you’ve done an absolutely amazing job. Anyone who wants to do HYROX, get up and do it. It’s built for everyone.”
Excitement is already building for the next race in August, promising even more participation and enthusiasm.
