Superpower, a healthcare platform, has successfully secured $4 million in pre-seed funding to expand its approach to personalized, preventative healthcare focused on longevity. The investment round was led by Susa Ventures, with contributions from Long Journey Ventures, Family Fund, Atman VC, 24 Carrot VC, Focalpoint Partners, and Seaside Ventures, alongside notable angel investors such as Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, Balaji Srinivasan, Scott and Cyan Banister, and Evan Charles Moore, Co-Founder of Doordash.
Launched in early 2023, Superpower has developed a comprehensive nationwide platform by integrating with numerous testing and treatment partners and introducing a beta membership model. The company aims to make advanced, personalized healthcare accessible to all, bridging the gap between elite medical services and mainstream availability.

The founders, Kevin Unkrich, Max Marchione, and Jacob Peters, are motivated by the belief that modern healthcare can be deeply personalized and preventative. CEO Jacob Peters, inspired by his own health challenges, emphasized the difference between conventional healthcare and the integrative, proactive approach available to those with resources. Superpower aims to democratize such high-quality healthcare, making it accessible and affordable.
Superpower combines extensive whole-body testing, AI-enhanced concierge clinicians, and a curated ecosystem of treatments to offer a lifelong health partnership. The platform plans to expand its membership throughout 2024, aiming to continually integrate the latest scientific research and health innovations.
Max Marchione, Co-Founder and COO, highlighted the platform’s commitment to addressing often-neglected health aspects like nutrition, sleep, and gut health through a holistic, data-driven approach. Superpower’s vision extends to transforming the healthcare landscape by providing a digital clinic that supports preventative care and enhances human performance.
